SHATTL Premium

Liquid water-emulsion extra-latex coating using polymer microspheres of a new generation up to 40 microns in size. Provides various surfaces with unique thermal insulation, hydrophobic and light (heat) reflective properties. The SHATTL PREMIUM coating is capable of reducing heat loss on various materials by up to 50% and has no direct analogues among similar systems in Ukraine, being the most innovative product on the market of liquid thermal insulation. The coating is intended primarily for thermal insulation, as well as, partially, waterproofing of buildings and structures of residential, industrial and communal use. Having a sanitary certificate and 100% environmental safety, it can be used both on external mineral and metal surfaces, and on surfaces inside residential buildings and structures. The light-reflecting effect of the coating is also important, as a result of which the surfaces coated with "SHATTL Premium" do not heat up to high temperatures in the hot summer period, thereby providing savings on air conditioning (cooling) of premises, and in the case of use on metal containers, they ensure a reduction in losses of water, light petroleum products and other chemicals (for example, in tank farms of the oil and gas and chemical industries). In winter, on the contrary, cold bridges are blocked, both on external and internal surfaces, as a result of which the surfaces cease to condense and conduct cold into the room. SHUTTLE also prevents the spread of fungus on walls and other surfaces. In its initial state, the SHATTL Premium coating is a liquid cream-like suspension of white color. It can be painted (colored) in almost any color and used as a finishing coating, for example, for painting the facade of a building. After polymerization, it forms a strong, fairly elastic film, the total thickness of which after multilayer application (3-5 layers) is 1-2 mm. Has good adhesion to all known building and construction materials. The possibility of application to the surface of any geometric shape, durability and small thickness are undeniable advantages of the SHUTTLE coating over traditional heat-insulating materials.
