Hydrophobic impregnation DOLPHIN S
Appointment: it is used for protection of ceramic (brick), brick, concrete, plaster, plastered surfaces, natural and artificial stone, marble, slate, ceramic tile, wood, forming a hydrophobic coating. Helps to extend the life of the base, significantly reduce the formation of fungi and mold, sensitivity to freeze-thaw cycles, and reduce heat transfer. The treated surface is resistant to detergents, greatly facilitates the elimination of dirt and stains. The tool slightly saturates the color of the surface without the formation of a film, the surfaces become more attractive. It also has a strengthening effect on delaminated and porous surfaces with UV protection. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use!
Environmentally friendly product!
Composition: aqueous emulsion of latex copolymers with organosilicon additives.
Properties: has a high adhesion coefficient (excellent adhesion to the surface). It forms a coating resistant to atmospheric precipitation and temperature difference.
Surface preparation: remove dirt, dust and loose particles from the treated surface, clean from grease and oil. The surface must be dry.
Method of use: Shake thoroughly in a can before use. Apply with a brush, spray, roller or sponge until the surface is completely saturated, preferably in 2 layers. The second layer is applied by the wet on wet method, while the first layer has not yet completely dried. Apply at a temperature not lower than + 5 ° C. Try not to apply in direct sunlight.
Drying time: at a temperature of + 20 ° C and humidity of 65% from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Complete polymerization of the coating occurs one day after application.
Consumption: approximately 50 - 150 g / m² depending on surface porosity.
1) the appearance of the film: homogeneous, without impurities;
2) mass fraction of non-volatile substances,%, not less than: 10;
3) conditional viscosity with a VZ-246 viscometer with a nozzle diameter of 4 mm at a temperature of
(20 ± 2) ° C, s: 7-12;
Packing: 1; 5; 10 l
Storage: store in a tightly closed container at a temperature of + 5 ° C to + 25 ° C.
