Liquid water-emulsion latex coating with the use of polymer microspheres of the new generation, up to 40 microns in size. Provides heat-insulating, hydrophobic and light (heat) reflective properties to various surfaces. The SHUTTLE PREMIUM coating is capable of reducing heat loss on various materials by up to 50% and has no direct analogues among similar systems in Ukraine, being the most innovative product on the market of liquid thermal insulation.
The coating is intended primarily for thermal insulation, as well as partial waterproofing of buildings and structures of residential, industrial and communal use. Has a sanitary certificate and 100% environmental safety. Non-combustible and does not support combustion! It is used for external and internal surfaces. It also has a reflective effect, in which the covered surfaces do not heat up to high temperatures in the hot summer season. In winter, on the contrary, cold bridges are blocked, both on external and internal surfaces, as a result of which the surfaces cease to condense and conduct cold into the room.
SHUTTLE also prevents the spread of mold on various materials and surfaces. Has good adhesion to all known building and construction materials. The possibility of application to the surface of any geometric shape, durability and small thickness are the undeniable advantages of the SHUTTLE coating over traditional heat-insulating materials.
Liquid latex water-based coating using conditionally ceramic microspheres up to 80 microns in size. Reduces heat loss on various surfaces up to 25%. It is used primarily for additional thermal insulation and blocking of cold bridges of various mineral surfaces. It is used in construction, including the finishing of buildings and structures, as well as at various industrial facilities. It has hydrophobic and partially waterproofing properties.
The coating has good adhesion to metal surfaces, concrete, brick, drywall, chipboard, fiberboard, plaster, glass and some types of plastic. When used in residential areas, it prevents the formation of condensate and fungal formations on walls and other surfaces, providing a drying effect. It can be used as thermal insulation of metal pipelines (both hot and cold water supply), steam pipelines, ventilation systems. It also has the properties of reflecting incident light rays and scattering infrared radiation, which contribute to the excellent preservation of heat in rooms when used on internal walls and surfaces, as well as the protection of roofing materials from solar radiation and excessive heating.
The coating has good frost resistance up to -60C, which allows it to be used as thermal insulation and waterproofing of freezers, while reducing labor costs for the construction of a thermal insulation layer of foam boards and a waterproofing layer of roofing felt and foil.
Liquid (thick) latex-based water-based coating with the use of conditionally ceramic microspheres and Moissanite crystals of increased heat resistance. It has high heat resistance, up to 500 0C. Reduces heat loss by up to 25% on various surfaces.
The coating is mainly used for thermal insulation of hot metal surfaces of pipelines, furnaces, chimneys, as well as boiler and industrial equipment with heating temperatures from 200 to 500 0C.
