Application Instructions

Technological instructions for applying liquid composite insulation coating "SHUTTLE" on concrete, brick, plaster, metal and other surfaces
Coating
Before applying to the surface, "SHUTTLE" mixed until smooth. Stirring means done by hand, mechanically or by means of a mixer (an electric drill with paddle). Peremeschivanie should be implemented at low speed, for 3-5 minutes until smooth. If necessary, the viscosity reducing agent is diluted with water. Add water to be consistent, in small portions, 1% by weight of dye (but not more than 5.7% of the total weight of the agent). "SHUTTLE" can be applied by airless spray high-pressure units with a nozzle diameter of at least 2 mm, roller or brush. It is recommended to use "CEILING" brush (wide flat brush with dense bristles). The coating should be applied to cross-layers (one along the other transverse or vice versa). The drying each layer - at least 20 minutes at a temperature (20 ± 2) ° C. Duration interlayer drying at other temperatures determined on the curing degree. When you touch on the cover should not be a trace. Apply the product must be at ambient temperature not lower than 5 ° C and relative humidity above 80%. Metal surfaces

It is not allowed the presence of moisture or condensation on surfaces to be painted.
Quality control work
Quality control works on application of insulating coatings on concrete, brick, plastered surfaces is carried out at each operation.
